American sweet corn is famous street and theater snack in India in Andhra Pradesh. This snack is popular among all the ages.Sweet corn itself is a nutritious and very tasty to eat.Corn is considered one of the easiest foods to digest.It is very high in magnesium, which is a wonderful bowel regulator.Sweet corn, also known as corn which contains a lot of nutrition and health care properties, in addition to carbohydrate, protein, fat, carotene, and also contains riboflavin etc.
3-4 fresh sweet corn or frozen sweet corn 1 1/2 cup
Fresh ground black pepper to taste
1 tbsp butter
salt to taste
4 cups of water
Bring water to boil in a pan, to this add salt. Break fresh corn into two or three pieces and boil the cobs for 10 mins.
After cooling Peel corn from the cob.
OR Heat water in pan ,then add frozen sweet corn and boil for 10 minutes.
Take a pan, heat it on medium flame, add butter . Then add boiled corn, freshly grounded black pepper and salt to taste .
Mix well and heat till the excess of water is evaporated .
You can add different kinds of herbs and spices like onion ,tomato,coriander leaves,parsley ,chilli powder,lime juice etc to it.
