 Mango Milkshake is most popular recipe in India.The mango milkshake is one such popular shake that people love to have in the summer! It is also very easy to make, so you can whip it up any time. It tastes Yummylicious.


Ingredients :-

2 Ripe Mangoes ( 2 Cups Chopped Mangoes)
2 tbsps Sugar (or to taste)
1 1/2 Cups Milk
2-3 Ice cubes (Optional)

Method:-

1) Wash ,peel and chop mangoes into small pieces.
2) Transfer them to mixer or blender.
3) Add milk ,sugar and ice cubes.
4) Blend until smooth and creamy.
5) Pour prepared shake in glasses.
6) Garnish each shake with chilled chopped mangoes or scoop of ice cream and serve.
7) Enjoy the Delicious Healthy Mango Shake!
8) The drink is perfect  to beat the summer heat and enjoy the best of mangoes.

Serving Ideas :-

 1) This mango shake is so delicious it hardly requires any add on. You can have on its own plain.
2) You can garnish it with chopped almonds or chopped Pistachio nuts.
3) Garnish the shake with whipped cream
4) Garnish the Shake with Vanilla Ice cream.

Note:-

Instead of fresh mangoes you can use canned mango pulp also. If mango pulp is sweet then skip the sugar.

Ingredients

Banana - 1
Nutella - 3 tbsp
Chilled Milk - 1 cup
Ice (optional)
vanilla Essence - 1 tsp (optional)

Method:-

    Peel and Chop the banana into bite size pieces.
    Add the chopped banana, milk, nutella ,ice and vanilla to  the blende.Blend well until smooth and creamy.
    Serve chilled in tall glass.

Enjoy this Banana Nutella Milkshake as a breakfast alternative or as midday snack.  

 
Tips:-

. You could use a variety of ingredients instead of or in addition to the milk. ie. soy milk, Almond Milk, ice cream, yogurt etc.
Use milk from the refrigerator and skip adding ice cubes.

Ingredients :-

Thick curd / Yogurt - 1 cup
Roasted jeera powder / Cumin Powder- 1/2 tsp
Black salt -  1/4 tsp
Salt - As needed
Few Ice cubes (optional)
Water - 1 cup to 2 cups (as required)
Chopped Coriander leaves or mint to garnish


Method:- 

1) Dry roast  jeera in a pan .
2) Grind it in the mixer and keep it aside.
3)  Combine the curds, cumin seeds powder, black salt and salt in a deep bowl and mix well.
4)  Add 2 cups of chilled water and  whisk well .
5) Pour into glasses . Check the seasoning of anything missing then don't worry sprinkle some from top.
6) Garnish with coriander leaves or mint leaves and khara boondi on top.


7) Serve your  chaas chilled and Enjoy :-)
 



Ripe bananas are perfect for milkshakes without heavy cream and ice cream. Ingredients

    2 cups milk
    4 ripe bananas ,peeled and chopped
    1 tsp ground cardamom
    2 tsp sugar or honey or sweetener (or as per ur taste)



Method:-

Place the milk, bananas, and 1 teaspoon ground cardamom ,sugar or sweetener or honey into a blender and blend on high speed until smooth, about 20-25 seconds.
Refrigerate for a few minutes and serve .
Pour into glasses and sprinkle with the little bit of cardamom.
Enjoy :-)

Tip:-

You can also add 2 scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream instead of milk or water. That also tastes really good.

  


Strawberry Lassi is a great refreshing drink. Yogurt has numerous health benefits. It is an excellent source of calcium ,vitamin B-2, B-12, potassium, and magnesium.It is easier to digest than milk. Any lassi taste delicious when made with fresh yogurt instead of sour one's.  Strawberry milkshake or Strawberry lassi can be made for quick, filling and yummy breakfast too and can brighten up you day in no time.

Ingredients :-

    2 Cups - Chilled Yogurt/Dahi/Curd
    1/2 Cup - Chilled Milk
    1 Cup - Chopped Strawberries
    4 tbsp - Sugar ( or as required ) or sweetener
    1/2 tsp -  crushed cardamom
    2 tbsp - Fresh Cream (optional)




Method:

1) Rinse,  and chop the strawberries, keep aside 1-2 pieces of strawberry for garnish.
2) In a blender or mixer add curd, milk and blend for 30 sec.
3) Add strawberries, sugar, crushed cardamom, cream (if using) and blend again with 2-3 mins with intervals to get creamy lassi.
4) Transfer in to serving glasses, garnish with strawberry pieces and serve immediately.
5) Refreshing ,filling ,yummy Strawberry Lassi is ready.

Tips:-

    You can replace sugar with honey. Adjust sugar or honey to taste.
    You can use ice cubes while serving lassi.
    I suggest trying omitting the sugar and if you find it not sweet enough, add sugar as required
  


Ganga jamuna Juice  is desi punch recipe which is available in most of the fruit juice shops and restaurants . I have first tasted it in mumbai restaurant. I liked it very much.  Sweet and sourness of orange plus sweet lime with hint of rock salt ,sugar and ice cubes does wonderful magic and can brighten up you day in no time.

Ingredients :-

    8 - Oranges / Santra
    8 - Sweet Limes / Mosambi
    1 tsp - Rock Salt/ Kala Namak
    2 tbsp - Sugar (as requried)
    Few - Ice Cubes or crushed ice



Method:-




1) Wash, cut and squeeze out juice from oranges and sweet limes.
2) Add sugar , rock salt, mix well.Sieve the juice if preferred.
3) Serve with ice cubes or chilled.
4) Refreshing Orange and Sweet Lime Juice is ready to quench your thirst.

Tips :-

    You can use lime if you don't have sweet lime.
    you can add  sugar according to sweetness of both orange and sweet lime if required.

Ingredients:-

  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 2-3 large, juicy lemons)
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1 lemon, sliced thin for garnish

Method:-

Press raspberries through a fine mesh strainer over a bowl with a rubber spatula. Don’t forget to scrape the extra raspberry goodness from the bottom of strainer. Discard seeds. Place freshly squeezed lemon juice, and sugar in a large pitcher. Add strained raspberries and water. Stir well and taste. Add more sugar if you like things a little sweeter or more lemon juice if you like things more tart. Pour into chilled glasses filled with ice and garnish with lemon slices and fresh raspberries.


Cinnamon is one of the oldest known spices. It has a delicious, naturally sweet flavor that many people love. The spicy sweetness of this simple,Delicious tea spreads throughout your body,making you fee warm and happy.

Ingredients:-


1 cinnamon stick
1 1/2 cups water
1 tsp Sugar

Method:-

1) Place cinnamon stick and water in a medium sized pot and bring to a simmer on a stove over medium heat.Simmer for 5-7 minutes.Don't try to speed up things by using a higher heat setting -the cinnamon needs time to steep.
2) After simmering,take out the cinnamon stick.(Let it dry so You can use it again sometime.)
3) Stir the sugar into the tea.
4) Sensational Cinnamon tea is ready.
5) Wait for it to cool down to a sip-able temperature before you taste it.

Tip:-

You can reuse the same cinnamon stick several times before it loses its flavor.

Ingredients:-



1 banana, peeled and chopped
1 apple, peeled and chopped
¼ cup of milk or water
2tsp Sugar (or as per ur taste)
1 tsp Vanilla Essence


Method:-



Blend all the ingredients into a blender jar and pour in two tall glasses.
Refrigerate for a few minutes and serve .
You can also add 2 scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream instead of milk or water. That also tastes really good.
