Ripe bananas are perfect for milkshakes without heavy cream and ice cream. They give the consistency just like milkshakes with ice creams and make your milkshake incredibly healthy and tasty.  The sweetness of the ripe bananas is perfectly balanced by the aromatic cardamom.Banana Cardamom Milkshake is an excellent c for summers and it is also quite nutritious which really keeps you full for a long time.You can even serve it to your guests in summer afternoons.

Serves: 2

Ingredients

    2 cups milk
    4 ripe bananas ,peeled and chopped
    1 tsp ground cardamom
    2 tsp sugar or honey or sweetener (or as per ur taste)



Method:-

Place the milk, bananas, and 1 teaspoon ground cardamom ,sugar or sweetener or honey into a blender and blend on high speed until smooth, about 20-25 seconds.
Refrigerate for a few minutes and serve .
Pour into glasses and sprinkle with the little bit of cardamom.

Tip:-

You can also add 2 scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream instead of milk or water. That also tastes really good.
