Maggi Noodles is an all time favorite for the children and elders too. These quick to make noodles are flavorful and extremely convenient for students, bachelors and children or anybody who wants a hot and delicious dish in minutes. Excellent tasty and healthy with carrots, peas or any vegetables and very easy to make.
Ingredients:-
1 packet cooked noodles
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 Green chilli
1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
1 crushed tomato
French beans - few
1/2 cup diced capsicum
1 carrot chopped
1/2 cup green peas
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce
2 tsp tomato sauce
salt to taste
Aginomoto a pinch (optional)
1 tbsp Butter /Oil
Sugar – sprinkle
Water – as per the number of Maggie packets you are using.
Maggi seasoning – preferably one, even though you are using more than one packet.
Method:-
Cook noodles as per instructions and keep aside. Heat a kadai and pour 1tbsp of oil with a small slab of butter. Add half cup of chopped onion with 1tsp of ginger and garlic paste. Add green chilli chopped. Fry for a few minutes. Then add 1 crushed tomatoes and cook until the oil floats on top and the tomatoes are mashed well. Then add carrot finely chopped when it is done add ½ cup of diced capsicum with 1 cup of frozen Green Peas and few frozen french beans chopped. Add a little salt and fry for a few minutes. Add 1tsp of soy sauce, 1tsp of chilly sauce ,2 tsp Tomato sauce and a pinch of aginomoto , sprinkle some sugar and add one Maggie taste maker. Mix well. Now add the cooked noodles and cook for a few seconds. Enjoy the noodles!
Note:
* In fact, out of the list of veggies, you can use what ever veggies You want and leave out the rest.
* You can mix and match with the veggie of your choice.
* You can also use frozen mix vegetables .

ReplyDeleteOne of my friend used to brnk this for lunch. And we all used to share with her.
Ofcourse most of our lunch bow was with rice and curry,so we used to look forward for this friend to brng this kind of noodles.
The dish was cold by the time it was lunch time, but still we enjoyed it each time :-)

ReplyDeleteHi Sireesha, who doesnt love maggi! I have never tried it with all the sauces, ginger-garlic paste, even though I always make maggi with vegetables only. Good one, will try next time I make maggi:-)
